THE MINDFULNESS TREE COMMUNITY
Why did we choose the name “The Mindfulness Tree?” First of all, we are all about mindfulness meditation education and practice. Secondly, part of our last name, “Baum,” means “tree” in German. Finally, our logo is the tree of life which reminds us of stability, rootedness, strength, growth, life, and shelter – all of the things that mindfulness brings to enhance and enrich our lives.
Mind Heart Matters! We provide mindfulness education and meditation practice in person and online to connect mind and heart. From guest presenter, group meditation classes, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and private/group instructor, we can help you find calm and peace and will help equip you with tools to deal with the stress of everyday life. We are located in the beautiful state of West Virginia in Kanawha City!
The Mindfulness Tree meditation community is open to all! Our community began in September 2018 in Ponte Vedra, Florida, has been meeting virtually (on Zoom) since 2020 to explore and practice mindfulness meditation and its applications in daily life.
